These guys are shameless...

In today's subscription only CQ the front page news is: "GOP Begins Effort to Cut Spending" and companion article: "Budget Resolution Provides a Fast Track for Another GOP Tax-Cut Package."

Don't these guys get it? They busted the budget with their combination of tax cuts, unrestrained spending, new entitlements, and a war that has cost hundreds of billions. Now they want to cut spending on social programs to pay for it, AND cut taxes at the same time?

Man, if the Dems can't capitalize on this, combined with Republican corruption and cronyism, it's time for a third party...
